Design and Practice of Instrumentation and Control Management Platform in Large Petrochemical Refining Enterprises

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology and industrial automation, large petrochemical refining enterprises face challenges such as high complexity in equipment management, scattered data, and high maintenance costs. This paper proposes a design scheme for an instrumentation and control management platform based on technologies such as multi-data fusion and big data analysis, and elaborates on its practical application in a large petrochemical refining enterprise. Through the implementation of this platform, intelligent management of instrumentation and control equipment, data transparency, fault warning, and predictive maintenance have been achieved, significantly improving equipment operational efficiency and enterprise safety production levels.
