Abstract
With the in-depth advancement of the construction of new power systems, the complexity of substation operation and maintenance work and the difficulty of personnel management have increased simultaneously. Traditional manual scheduling models are difficult to adapt to current work scenarios, which can easily lead to attendance errors and personnel allocation gaps. To address this, this article designs an intelligent scheduling calendar system based on multi-shift scenarios. This system effectively solves the practical challenges of substation scheduling management and provides a feasible model for the digital transformation of workforce management in grassroots positions in the power industry.
