Research and Implementation of Medium-Pressure Feedwater Energy Saving in Power Plants
-
Abstract
With the intensification of the global energy crisis and the increasing awareness of environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction have become important issues in industries and other fields. As a common cooling equipment in power plants, the energy consumption of medium pressure water supply systems is increasingly receiving attention. This study aims to explore energy-saving renovation methods for medium pressure water supply systems and propose specific implementation strategies. By analyzing the working principle and energy consumption characteristics of medium pressure water supply systems, this paper clarifies the key links of energy-saving renovation. A series of measures are proposed, including but not limited to optimizing the operating parameters of medium pressure water supply units, improving the control strategy of circulating pumps, and exploring the economic issues of energy-saving renovation. Through cost-benefit analysis, economic indicators such as the payback period and net present value of the renovation investment were calculated.
