Structural Design and Process Research of Wellhead Cable Pulley Fixing Device

  • Aiming at technical problems existing in shaft laying of large-section cables in urban distribution networks, including easy abrasion of cable sheath, high traction resistance, poor stability of tooling, pavement damage and low equipment reusability, an integrated multi-sheave cable pulley fixing device is developed in this paper combined with the construction conditions of cables with diameters ranging from 30 mm to 160 mm. The device consists of an anti-slip base, triangular anti-overturning frame, encircling guide sheaves and protective limiting assembly, with optimized structural parameters and manufacturing processes. Field tests show that the device features hole-free installation, light weight and reusability. It effectively addresses the above construction drawbacks, reduces construction costs, improves operation safety and standardization, and provides reliable equipment support for standardized cable laying construction.The traditional mechanical padlock management mode used for power cut and restoration operations of distribution network ring main units and high-voltage switchgears suffers from prominent safety hazards including chaotic key administration, lack of two-way mutual supervision, untraceable operation procedures, and high risks of misoperation. To implement the "double confirmation" specification for electric power safety, this paper develops an intelligent two-way authorization locking device and an Internet of Things (IoT) safety management control system.Adopting a three-layer architecture and integrating technologies such as dual-redundancy communication and encrypted authentication, the system establishes a two-way authorization interlocking mechanism and reconstructs a seven-step closed-loop operation workflow. Verified through a 12-month multi-equipment pilot test, the device achieves zero safety incidents and zero misoperations during field work. It resolves core pain points in key management, supports log evidence storage and fault alarm functions, facilitates the digital transformation of power grid safety supervision and control, features adaptability to harsh working conditions and low operation maintenance costs, and possesses great value for large-scale popularization.
