Abstract
By simulating the installation methods and communication connections of the height gauges and encoders for the hoisting mechanisms of sluice gates in hydropower stations, this paper systematically elaborates on the development process of the device from multiple dimensions, including structural design, calculation of technical parameters, realization of core functions, simulation experimental research, and technical application. It also investigates a highly integrated automatic device for calibrating height gauges and encoders under offline conditions.Verified through mechanical transmission calculations, signal transmission accuracy analyses, and multiple sets of calibration experiments, the device enables precise and automatic calibration of height gauges and encoders in an offline state. Its calibration accuracy error is no more than 0.02%, and the calibration efficiency is improved by over 80% compared with traditional methods. This effectively resolves the problem whereby shutdown calibration of the sluice gate hoisting mechanism system affects the output of generator units, providing an innovative technical solution for the equipment maintenance of intelligent hydropower stations.
