Research on Optimization of Documentation Acceptance Systems and Archiving Methods for Concentrated Solar Power Plant Engineering Projects

  • As one of the important technological routes for concentrated solar power (CSP) generation, linear Fresnel reflector (LFR) power plants are encountering opportunities for large-scale development against the backdrop of the "dual carbon" strategy and the construction of new power systems. However, their documentation acceptance has long lacked specialized standards and systematic support. Based on current national and industry documentation management specifications, this paper systematically analyzes the engineering characteristic differences of linear Fresnel power plants compared to tower and parabolic trough technologies in terms of concentrator configuration, heat transfer fluids, and system structures, and identifies the special requirements for documentation acceptance in core processes such as mirror field calibration and thermal storage and heat exchange commissioning. On this basis, a comprehensive acceptance system is established, encompassing the division of responsibilities among participating construction entities, document classification and archiving, special acceptance of core systems (the concentrating solar collector system and the thermal energy storage and heat exchange system), as-built drawing review, and final special documentation acceptance. To address prominent issues in current acceptance practices—including insufficient standard adaptability, disconnection between document collection and construction progress, and missing documentation for concealed works and dynamic commissioning processes—this paper proposes optimization strategies such as establishing hierarchical and differentiated dedicated standards, implementing synchronized acceptance of engineering and documentation, and developing special control mechanisms for concealed works and dynamic commissioning documentation. The research findings can provide systematic technical references for the documentation acceptance of linear Fresnel CSP plants, facilitating the refinement of industry-specific standards and the enhancement of engineering quality management.
