Development of Centralized Intelligent Inspection Device for Substation
-
Abstract
To solve the engineering pain points of low manual inspection efficiency, high safety risks of on-site operation and decentralized unmanaged inspection data in traditional substations, a modular centralized intelligent inspection device is developed in this paper. The device integrates four core technologies including compensated infrared temperature measurement, machine vision defect recognition, servo autonomous movement and low-delay remote centralized control. It can independently complete full-scale collection of power equipment appearance defects, temperature rise hidden dangers and station environmental parameters. Based on an integrated remote management platform, intelligent scheduling of inspection tasks, automatic identification of equipment anomalies and unified analysis of multi-source data are realized. Multi-scene field test results show that the whole machine operates stably, and the detection error meets the power operation and maintenance specification standards. It can completely replace manual routine inspection of substations, reduce field labor investment of substation operation and maintenance, and improve the intelligent management level of power grid operation. The device is suitable for operation and maintenance scenarios of substations of all voltage levels, and has the conditions for large-scale engineering implementation.
