Development and application of intelligent insulation recovery tool for live working robots
-
Abstract
At present, live working robots for distribution networks have been widely used in live working sites, effectively reducing the risk of personal electric shock for operators who come into direct contact with wires for work. When carrying out live work lead connection projects, after the robot completes the operation, there is no complete insulation and sealing at the line (originally live wire), lead (live wire after operation), and extension clip (device connecting line and lead). The operating environment of distribution network lines is complex and diverse, and the operation of the distribution network is greatly affected by external factors. Due to the presence of some exposed wires, which are affected by factors such as tree branches, bird nests, and adverse weather, it is easy to cause phase to phase short circuits and ground faults. State Grid Tianjin Chengnan Company has developed an automatic insulation recovery tool for live work and applied this achievement to live work sites, effectively avoiding electric shock and falling accidents caused by workers working at heights, helping to reduce the failure rate of the distribution network, and further improving power supply reliability.
