Research on Lightweight Design and Portable Modular Integration Technology of High altitude Electric Insulated Lifting Platform

  • In response to the problems of bulky high-altitude equipment, insufficient insulation, and low transportation and assembly efficiency in live working of 10kV distribution network, this paper studies the lightweight design and modular integration technology of high-altitude electric insulation lifting platform. In terms of materials, fiberglass/epoxy resin is preferred as the main load-bearing material. Structurally, establish a mechanical model for multi-level nested lifting frames to reduce redundancy. In terms of integration, the whole machine is divided into four modules: track chassis, lifting frame, work platform, and stable structure. Standardized quick disassembly interfaces are defined to achieve "load sharing transportation and on-site quick installation". The experiment shows that the maximum inclination angle of the platform from 0 to 12m is 1.8 °, which is better than the safety threshold of 2 °; The total disassembly and assembly time is 69 minutes, which is 47% shorter than scaffolding. The research provides a feasible technical path for the lightweight and modular upgrade of high-altitude equipment for live working in distribution networks.
