Research on Bluetooth-Based Passive Intelligent Locks and Application in Substations

  • With the continuous advancement of smart distribution network construction, the number of outdoor power distribution cabinets in substations and along power lines has increased year by year. The traditional management mode faces practical challenges including difficult supervision of equipment inspections and frequent incidents of man-made damage and theft of outdoor facilities. To address these pain points, this paper develops a Bluetooth passive intelligent electronic lock device. The device realizes equipment interaction via Bluetooth wireless communication and adopts a wired coupling energy acquisition scheme through the key. The lock body requires no built-in batteries and can operate maintenance-free. The system realizes hierarchical authorization of electronic keys through the background management platform and mobile APP, so that operators can only open designated locks with corresponding access permissions. All lock opening and closing records are automatically stored and filed. This paper elaborates comprehensively on the hardware structure, module circuits and overall business operation process. Verified by field practical applications, the lock system provides effective technical support for safe production and operation of power systems as well as the prevention of electricity theft accidents.
