Research on the Construction and Optimization of the State Evaluation System for 110kV Power Transformation Equipment

Abstract
Abstract: A set of maintenance technology system based on equipment condition perception has been constructed to enhance the reliability and maintenance efficiency of 110kV power transformation equipment. This paper conducts in-depth research on three aspects: condition monitoring, data evaluation, and intelligent decision-making. The proposed multi-source information fusion acquisition method, the established state evaluation index system, and the intelligent decision-making model for formulating optimized maintenance strategies have been verified through engineering examples and can effectively reduce the failure rate and operation and maintenance costs. The research results provide key technical support for achieving intelligent and refined management of power transformation equipment maintenance.
