Abstract
Under the background of the gradual evolution of the power grid structure to high reliability and high intelligence, the pivotal position of 35 kV and 110 kV transmission and transformation projects in the power system is becoming more and more prominent. Safety management in construction stage is not only an important content for power grid enterprises to fulfill the main responsibility of safety production, but also a key link to control construction cost, shorten construction period and ensure the stability of follow-up operation. At present, many engineering projects still have different degrees of weakness in system construction, on-site implementation and personnel capacity building, which is difficult to meet the requirements of high-quality construction and intrinsic safety. On the basis of combing the connotation of fine management and control of construction safety of 35 kV and 110 kV power transmission and transformation projects, this paper analyzes the problems exposed in the practice of safety management and control of related projects, and then puts forward the optimization path from three aspects : management system, on-site management and control and personnel training.
