Electrical Coordination Control and Economic Analysis of Integrated Solar Power Generation, Storage, and Charging Projects

Abstract
To address engineering challenges such as the impact on distribution networks caused by large-scale charging station deployment under the "dual carbon" goals and difficulties in local photovoltaic power integration, while overcoming the limitations of existing research that emphasizes single-strategy optimization at the expense of integrated techno-economic analysis, this paper presents the electrical system design for a 1 MWp PV + 2 MW/4 MWh energy storage integrated PV-storage-charging project. It establishes a three-tier hierarchical electrical coordination control system and defines control logic and protection schemes for various scenarios. Through full-life-cycle economic evaluations and sensitivity analyses based on typical domestic industrial and commercial park cases, the study validates the technical feasibility and economic viability of the solution, providing valuable engineering references for similar projects.
