Design of an Online Monitoring System for MOA Lightning Arrester Based on WAPI

There are a large amount of data to be monitored in substations, and using wired communication faces the "three highs" problem, which includes high construction costs, high material costs, and high maintenance costs in the later stage; However, existing wireless communication also faces data security issues. This article introduces WAPI technology into substations and applies it to the detection of lightning arresters, which not only solves the problem of complicated wiring in traditional lightning arrester construction, but also solves the problem of data security.
