Research on the Dual-confirmation Smart Anti-misoperation System for “One-click Sequence Control” of Prefabricated Cabin Substations

  • Prefabricated cabin substations feature compact space and high equipment density, and are mostly designed for unattended operation. The traditional "dual confirmation" mechanism relying on auxiliary contacts and manual visual verification fails in unmanned scenarios, becoming a safety weakness in the application of "one-click sequence control". Therefore, a smart misoperation-prevention method based on the fusion of video image recognition and IoT micro-switch sensing evidence is proposed. Taking the positions of disconnectors and handcart switches as the recognition targets, basic probability assignment functions are constructed, and the Dempster combination rule of D-S evidence theory is used to fuse visual evidence and sensing evidence. An anti-misoperation confidence model is established, and the three-level decision strategy of "confirmation passed-manual review-lockout alarm" is realized according to confidence and conflict factor thresholds. Engineering case analysis shows that the confirmation accuracy reaches 99.6%, the interception rate of injected single-source anomalies is 100%, and the confirmation time per operation step is reduced from minute-level to second-level, providing a safety guarantee for unmanned sequence control operations of prefabricated cabin substations.
