Gate Charge Maintaining Synchronous Rectification Drive Technology for DC/DC Converters

Abstract
Based on the singil-ended forward converter ,this paper introduces a resonant reset gate charge-maintraining synchronous rectification dreive circuit whose ded tim is controlled by the control signal of the main control chip UC18X3 and the magnetic feedback signal.Firstly,the application of gate charge retention technology in synchronous rectification technology and the working process of synchronous rectification are expounded from the perspective of principle,and the control sequence is analyzed.Secondly,a DC/DC converter with 6.5V/8A is designed,and the synchronous rectifier tube is selected and simulated.Finally,the steady-state accuracy and dynamic response speed of the system under the above circuit topology are analyzed through experiments.
