Analysis of Leakage Causes and Treatment Measures for Water-Cooled Wall Tubes in a Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

This paper mainly to study the leakage of Water-Cooled Wall Tubes of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers. Through the macro inspection, metallographic analysis, hardness testing and mechanical property evaluation. The results showed that the tube rupture was caused by wall erosion thinning the material beyond its strength capacity. Additionally, the inspection and treatment measures for the water-cooled wall tubes were discussed.
