Abstract
This paper elaborates on a design scheme for an online monitoring system targeting the circulating pump gearbox in nuclear power plants. The scheme mainly comprises four major parts: sensor configuration, data acquisition and processing, early warning and condition monitoring indicator construction, and network transmission. It focuses on the study of key technologies involved in early warning and condition monitoring indicator construction, aiming to achieve early warning and real-time condition monitoring for the nuclear power circulating pump gearbox.
