Analysis and Handling of the Failure in the Switching Test of High-Voltage Frequency Conversion Equipment

Regarding the failure of the high-voltage variable frequency equipment switching test in a certain nuclear power plant, this paper discussed the issues related to the design of the variable frequency device, installation,electromagnetic compatibility,test methods,and the root causes were found.The optimized recommendations were proposed for the subsequent design,installation, commissioning and operation maintenance of high-voltage frequency conversion equipment.
