Study on the automatic control strategy of RO seawater desalination system

A multi-objective coordinated control strategy for reverse osmosis seawater desalination system is designed. In terms of specific control mode, The whole system is divided into ultrafiltration security unit, ultrafiltration unit and reverse osmosis unit.Each unit consists of several operation modes, such as start mode, stop mode, reverse washing and maintenance mode, and chemical cleaning and maintenance mode.The operation mode of each unit is relatively independent, and the operation mode in the unit can be switched adaptively according to the relevant operating parameters. The start and stop process of the whole system is controlled based on a single variable.The control strategy of the whole system with the whole autonomous start and stop and the autonomous switching of each operation mode in the unit is realized.Then, it can reduce the operation cost, maximize the avoidance of human operation risks, remarkably improve the stability of the system operation, extend the service life of the equipment, and effectively improve the operation economy of the system.
