Improvement of Anti-misoperation and Adaptive Troubleshooting Control Strategy for CRF Bar Screen Cleaner Based on PLC

  • To address the frequent false alarms and mechanical lockups of the CRF bar screen cleaner caused by marine debris, this paper proposes an adaptive control improvement strategy based on hardware-software decoupling. By integrating absolute encoders, a "Distance-ON Timer" module is encapsulated using SCL within the Siemens S7-1500 PLC, upgrading the rigid interlock system into a closed-loop troubleshooting model encompassing "edge interception, fixed-distance load shedding, retraction, and retry." Combined with front-end delay filtering and a digital twin sandbox architecture, this strategy empowers the equipment with autonomous recovery capabilities. Results show that the improved strategy significantly reduces invalid alarm rates, replaces vulnerable physical switches with coordinate soft limits, and achieves seamless code migration between simulation and physical deployment, effectively enhancing the operational resilience of the nuclear cold source system.
