Design and Application of Four-legged Robot in Indoor 220 kV Substation
-
Abstract
Currently, the auxiliary control system cameras in 220 kV substations within Fujian Province are primarily arranged in fixed positions. Given the numerous equipment and meters inside the stations, there are significant blind spots, requiring maintenance personnel to conduct regular manual inspections, which poses substantial challenges to operational tasks. Therefore, addressing the current situation of 220 kV substations in Fujian, this study explores and discusses an intelligent maintenance solution utilizing quadruped robots. It proposes a typical quadruped robot inspection configuration and implementation plan for indoor 220 kV substations, covering aspects such as inspection system architecture, robot functional configurations, patrol coverage, modifications to fireproof doors and rodent guards, and network settings. The research summarizes the application prospects of quadruped robots in intelligent inspections for indoor 220 kV substations, providing technical support for the construction of intelligent inspection systems in substations.
