Research on Control Strategy of Multi-Port Power Converter for Distributed Photovoltaic-Storage-Charging System
-
Abstract
With the popularization of new energy vehicles and the development of distributed generation technology, integrated photovoltaic-storage-charging systems have become an important component of intelligent microgrids. As the core of system energy management, the control strategy of multi-port power converters directly affects system stability and efficiency. Addressing the deficiencies of traditional control methods in multi-energy flow coordination, dynamic response, and power distribution, this paper proposes a hierarchical coordinated control strategy for multi-port power converters. By establishing a coordination framework that includes maximum power point tracking control for the photovoltaic port, bidirectional power control for the energy storage port, and constant current-constant voltage control for the charging port, power balance and optimized scheduling among ports are achieved. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed control strategy increases system efficiency to 94.3%, reduces dynamic response time to 45 ms, improves photovoltaic utilization rate by 8.7%, extends energy storage cycle life by 15%, and reduces charging power fluctuation to ±2.1%, validating the effectiveness of this strategy in enhancing overall system performance.
