Magnetic Integrated Current Doubler Rectifier with Inductor Winding for DC/DC Converter

Abstract
According to the application requirements of high voltage input, low voltage and high current output, a new type of magnetic integrated current doubling rectifier converter is introduced. An independent output inductor winding is added on the center leg of the magnetic core to reduce the output current ripple. The working principle of each mode of the circuit and the AC and DC flux density of the integrated magnetic components are analyzed in detail. A 300 V input, 5 V/250 W output DC/DC converter is designed using this structure. Simulation results and prototype experiments have verified the feasibility of the proposed scheme.
