Research on Modular Prefabrication and Rapid On-Site Installation of High and Low Voltage Distribution Cabinets

  • This paper conducts research on modular prefabrication and on-site rapid installation technology in response to the problems existing in the traditional installation mode of high and low voltage distribution cabinets, such as cumbersome procedures, long cycles, and inconvenient maintenance. By constructing three core module systems: Cabinet structure, functional units, and bus connection, a modular design method based on standardized interfaces was proposed, achieving precise prefabrication of distribution cabinets in factory environments. A field installation solution covering modular transportation, precise positioning, and rapid connection technologies was researched and formed. Through the integrated application of mechanical quick-release structures and electrical plug-in systems, It significantly simplifies the on-site operation process. Engineering practice shows that this technical system can effectively enhance installation efficiency, ensure project quality, reduce the total life cycle cost, and provide good flexibility for subsequent operation and maintenance. It has important reference value for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the distribution engineering construction mode.
