Research on Electric Tools for Live-Line Work on 10 kV Distribution Networks
-
Abstract
With the increasing requirement for power supply reliability in distribution networks, the 10 kV live-line working technology has become a key means to ensure supply continuity. Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, poor quality control and high safety risks associated with traditional manual tools in live-line work, this paper systematically analyzes the application requirements for electric tools, and conducts an in-depth study on the technical characteristics of three types of electric tools, including intelligent strippers, clamp installation tools and remote-controlled cutters. Based on this, a standardized working process based on the collaboration of electric tools is constructed. Verification in simulated environments and practical field applications demonstrates that this process can significantly improve operational efficiency, ensure work quality, and reduce safety risks. The research results provide practical basis and technical support for the mechanization and intellectualization transformation of live-line work on distribution networks.
