Discussion on the Synchronized Layout Technology of Prefabricated Construction of Box Type Substation Foundation and Equipment Bottom Grounding System

This study explores the key technologies involved in the simultaneous implementation of prefabricated foundation construction and grounding system layout at the base of box-type substations. Actual measurements indicate that both the foundation installation tolerances and grounding resistance meet the design requirements. During construction, a dynamic monitoring system was employed and operated to track and record various technical indicators of the foundation installation and grounding system in real time. These indicators were precisely controlled through accurate design and high-precision construction operations. By ensuring the precise alignment of the foundation modules with the grounding system, the construction met all required precision standards while also providing stable electrical safety assurance for the project.
