Structural Optimization Design of Connection Structure for Replacement of Distribution Transformer Device Without Power Outage Based on ANSYS

  • In order to solve the problem of fatigue fracture of the connection structure caused by stress concentration and cyclic load during the long-term operation of the non-stop replacement device of the distribution transformer, this study utilizes ANSYS Workbench software to conduct static simulation and fatigue life analysis of the connection structure. Three different improvement schemes are investigated: side plate thickening, arc transition, and bottom plate installation. Simulation results indicate that the stress concentration area of the connection structure is located at the junction of the top plate and side plate. Among the schemes, bottom plate thickening demonstrates the most significant improvement in structural performance. The optimized solution can provide a reference for subsequent practical engineering applications.
