Research on the Application of Wind/Solar Storage Integrated Machine Technology in New Energy Trading

Abstract
In order to alleviate the impact of the volatility and intermittency of new energy output on market-oriented transactions, this article takes the Xuzhou 80 MW wind/solar energy storage integration project as an example to construct a dynamic adaptation technology system. By deeply integrating the improved LSTM power prediction model and the adaptive weight NSGA-II multi-objective optimization algorithm, combined with the project energy storage architecture, blockchain green power traceability system, and digital twin pre decision platform, precise collaboration between wind/solar storage and multiple transaction scenarios can be achieved. Based on project testing data, it has been confirmed that the technology has significant application effects in deviation assessment compensation, abandoned power consumption, and improvement of auxiliary service revenue. The application of related technologies can provide reference for similar projects.
