Design and Application of a Wheelset Center Punch Positioning Mechanism Based on Servo Electric Cylinder Drive

This study takes the intelligent renovation project of a multiple unit bogie maintenance line in a southern region as an example, and deeply explores the design and application effect of a wheelset center punch positioning mechanism based on servo electric cylinder drive. Engineering verification has shown that this scheme significantly improves the efficiency and accuracy of wheelset maintenance, addressing issues such as oil leakage, accuracy drift, and low efficiency present in traditional hydraulic systems.
