Research on the Architecture and Application of Intelligent Storage IoT System for the Whole Chain Management of Electric Power Materials

In order to improve the efficiency and intelligence level of the entire chain management of power materials, and to address the problems of information silos, cumbersome processes, and slow response in the material management of the power industry, a certain power supply company′s material distribution center was taken as the research object. By constructing an intelligent warehousing IoT system architecture, the application mechanism of IoT technology in the procurement, warehousing, and distribution links was deeply analyzed, and optimization measures based on RFID perception, 5G network, and deep learning algorithms were proposed. The research results indicate that intelligent systems can significantly improve inventory efficiency, inventory accuracy, and emergency response speed, while reducing distribution costs and optimizing inventory turnover, providing an efficient and collaborative full chain solution for power material management.
