Design of Remote Monitoring System for Devices Based on IoT Cloud Box and Cloud Platform

In response to the problems of traditional industrial equipment monitoring, such as reliance on on-site personnel, high operation and maintenance costs, and delayed fault response, this paper proposes a design scheme for a remote monitoring system for industrial equipment based on IoT cloud boxes and cloud platforms. By using main industrial control devices such as PLCs, frequency converters, and IoT cloud boxes, as well as IoT cloud platforms, a small-scale remote monitoring system for industrial equipment is constructed, achieving functions such as cloud-based monitoring, remote control, and remote adjustment of the equipment.
