Control System Design of Constant Pressure Supply Water Based on PLC and Internet of Things in High Building

This paper introduces the renovation of high-rise building water supply systems using PLC and frequency converters. It employs Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC as the controller, frequency converters as the AC speed regulators for water pumps, and implements constant pressure automatic control of water supply through PID control methods. Additionally, the system′s operation process is remotely monitored via the Internet of Things. This renovation achieves technical upgrading of the building water supply system, ensures low-energy consumption operation of equipment, and enhances the reliability of the electrical control system operation.
