Analysis and Treatment of Low-voltage Bushing Oil Leakage Defect of Main Transformer

As one of the important equipment of nuclear power station, the safe and stable operation of main transformer is directly related to the safety, reliability and economic benefits of nuclear power station. This paper describes an oil leakage event of the main transformer low-voltage bushing. By tracking the daily change of the oil leakage of the transformer and comprehensively analyzing the causes of possible faults combined with its sealing structure, a perfect and effective inspection and treatment plan is formulated, and the cause of defects is finally found. After replacing the gasket, the defects can be eliminated, which effectively improves the operation quality of the transformer and ensures the safe and reliable operation of the nuclear power unit.
