Study on Fault Risk Prevention and Control and Technological Innovation of Lighting Systems for Medical Safety
-
Abstract
The power supply reliability and fault prevention and control capability of medical lighting are directly linked to medical safety. Aiming at the particularity of lighting requirements in medical settings, this paper studies the key technologies of lighting wiring, constructs a fault-medical safety risk mapping model based on FMEA, and proposes a "design-construction-operation and maintenance" full-process prevention and control system. Through verification in scenarios such as operating rooms and ICUs, design guidelines, quality control checklists, and training mechanisms have been formulated. Results show that this system can make the power supply reliability of lighting in key medical areas reach 99.99%, and reduce the medical safety risks caused by line faults by more than 60%, providing effective technical and management support for the safe operation of medical lighting systems.
