Seismic Performance Analysis of High-voltage Combination Switch Based on Response Spectrum Method

  • In order to investigate the seismic weak region of 252 kV floor-mounted tank-type high-voltage combination switch, the research on the seismic performance of high-voltage combination switch based on the response spectrum method under the combined seismic load condition is carried out. A finite element model of the high-voltage combination switch is established by ANSYS, and modal analysis and response spectrum analysis are carried out. The results of modal analysis show that the fundamental frequency of the high-voltage combination switch is in the main frequency band of the earthquake, and there is a resonance risk; the results of the response spectrum analysis indicate that the weak regions of the high-voltage combination switch are located at the steel plates and H-beams of the support structure, the legs and diagonal braces of the potential transformer unit support. Accordingly, the structural optimization design and verification of the supporting framework of the high-voltage combined switch are carried out to provide a basis for the subsequent seismic design of the high-voltage combined switch.
