Research on Accuracy Evaluation Method of Sulfur Hexafluoride Gas Recovery Measurement Data

In view of the lack of data accuracy verification method in the current SF₆ gas recovery measurement device, this paper studies an accuracy evaluation device for SF₆ gas recovery measurement based on high-precision weighing sensor. The recovery measurement accuracy is ±0.05 kg, the recovery measurement accuracy is less than 0.2% F.S, and the system error uncertainty is 0.03. The evaluation method of data accuracy of recovery rate measuring device is put forward, which makes up the blank of calibration method of recovery rate measuring device, contributes to accurate emission control of sulfur hexafluoride and promotes standardization of sulfur hexafluoride management.
