Analysis Scheme for Temperature Variation Characteristics of 35 kV Carbon Fiber Composite Conductor Stranding Faults

Abstract
To address the issues of unclear failure mechanism and low identification accuracy of 35 kV carbon fiber composite conductors due to strand separation faults, taking the JLZ2X1/F2A-95/40 type conductor as the research object, focusing on the core of temperature-induced failure, clarifying the evolution law of strand separation faults under temperature drive, and constructing a four-layer progressive intelligent analysis scheme of "data acquisition-feature extraction-coupling analysis-fault identification", combined with engineering cases to verify its feasibility. The research shows that the step-like variation of core wire-aluminum strand shape caused by temperature fluctuation is the main cause of the strand separation core, and the proposed scheme has a fault identification accuracy rate of 97.36%, which can be directly applied and provides technical support for fault prevention and control.
