Research and Application of Detour-structure-based Freight Cableway for UHV Transmission Line Projects

Abstract
To enhance the applicability of cableways for extra (ultra) high-voltage transmission line projects in various terrains, improve the safety and technical efficiency of construction site operations, reduce the labor intensity of on-site workers, and elevate the mechanized construction level of extra (ultra) high-voltage transmission line projects, a freight cableway based on a detour structure was developed. By optimizing the design of the cableway's frame structure and detour technical methods, along with supporting designs for its components and control system, the cableway's transport capacity per unit time and operational safety were improved. This cableway is suitable for hilly and mountainous work environments, significantly boosting the efficiency of material transportation for transmission line projects in mountainous areas, and offers economic benefits.
