Method for Improving Preliminary Investment Estimation Accuracy of Nuclear Power Projects Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

  • The preliminary investment estimation accuracy of nuclear power projects directly affects project decision-making and subsequent progress, but multi-dimensional uncertainties (policy, technology, market, management) cause large estimation deviations. This paper divides the preliminary investment estimation stages of nuclear power projects, analyzes uncertainties in each stage, and builds an accuracy improvement model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Empirical analysis on typical sample projects shows the model can effectively quantify the impact of uncertainties on estimation accuracy, The investment estimation error was reduced from 4.47% of the traditional method to 1.17%, with a reduction of approximately 3.3%, providing a reliable method for preliminary investment estimation of nuclear power projects.
