Research on an Evaluation Model for Grounding Resistance Reduction Schemes Based on AHP

Abstract
In substation engineering design, the quality of grounding system design directly impacts the operational safety of electrical equipment, the reliability of power supply, and the personal safety of on-site personnel. This study employs the analytic hierarchy process-a method from operations research to identify key factors influencing grounding resistance reduction schemes and to construct a hierarchical evaluation index system. By calculating the weights of each indicator and establishing quantitative scoring criteria, the study conducts a comprehensive evaluation of grounding resistance reduction design schemes based on the derived weight results. An engineering case is then incorporated into the developed evaluation model to validate its assessment capability. Guided by management theory as the theoretical framework, the research integrates engineering technical characteristics to develop a comprehensive evaluation model tailored for grounding resistance reduction schemes in substations, with the aim of enhancing the quality of design solutions.
