Research on Power and Energy Balance Method for Distribution Network Adapting to New Power System
-
Abstract
In the context of the new power system, the penetration rate of renewable energy continues to increase, and the randomness of electricity consumption by users such as electric vehicles and buildings is enhanced, posing higher demands on the accuracy and speed of load forecasting. This paper proposes a method for balancing electric power and energy in the distribution network that is suitable for the new power system. It refines the granularity of load forecasting to the prediction of 24 h load curves for the maximum load days in four seasons. At the same time, it calculates the balance coefficient of output curves for different types of distributed power sources such as distributed photovoltaic, distributed wind power, and small hydropower. Finally, typical regions are selected for case studies to verify the feasibility of the method.
