Construction of a Customer Full Lifecycle Service System Supporting the Development of Yangzhou's New Power System
-
Abstract
This paper focuses on the rapid development of distributed photovoltaic power in Jiangsu and the abundant photovoltaic resources in Yangzhong. Addressing issues such as source-load fluctuations caused by a high proportion of distributed photovoltaic power, insufficient new energy absorption, and pressure on enterprises for low-carbon transformation, the study investigates the full-cycle energy-saving and carbon reduction needs of typical users in areas like the Yangzhong Economic Development Zone, and constructs a customer full lifecycle service system. The research divides the process into three stages-planning, new installation, and operation-and designs a team- and stage-based evaluation indicator system oriented towards energy saving and carbon reduction. This forms a three-tiered differentiated service strategy, promoting the transformation of power supply services from "passive response" to " proactive marketing". The aim is to overcome bottlenecks in the construction of a new power system in Yangzhong, enhance energy-saving and carbon reduction efficiency on the user side.
