Abstract
The RMS measurement principle is an important method used to characterize the energy and measurement accuracy of AC signals in digital electrical instruments. This paper analyzes the error characteristics of digital electrical instruments under complex working conditions, studies the core requirements of control methods and the hierarchical design of hardware compensation and software algorithms, and proposes a hybrid architecture based on STM32H743 and FPGA and a collaborative control idea of improved sliding window DFT and LSTM prediction.
