Discussion on Hydraulic Machinery Protection Logic for Over High Temperature of Hydro Generator

This article introduces the shutdown types of hydroelectric generating units and the principles of hydraulic machinery protection, with a particular focus on the differences in overtemperature protection principles and control strategies among various large, medium, and small hydroelectric generating units in Yunnan. It provides different temperature protection control strategies and solutions for newly built hydroelectric generating units of varying capacities.
