Flexible Regulation Strategy of Dust Removal Equipment Based on Power System Dispatching Signals

  • This study aims to explore flexible control strategies for dust removal equipment based on power system dispatching signals, in order to achieve the coordinated development of energy conservation and emission reduction and power load optimization in industrial enterprises. Taking a certain cement manufacturing enterprise as a case study, by analyzing the dynamic correlation between the power system dispatching signal and the operating parameters of the dust removal equipment, a regulation model aimed at minimizing the operating cost was constructed. The genetic algorithm was used for optimization and solution, and a power dynamic adjustment strategy based on electricity price fluctuations and flue gas concentration was proposed. The research results show that this strategy can effectively reduce the energy consumption and electricity cost of equipment operation while ensuring the dust removal efficiency, and at the same time enhance the adaptability to the demand side response of the power grid, providing a feasible technical path for industrial green production.
