Exploration of Non-stop Operation and Maintenance Model for High-Reliability Urban Distribution Network Zones
-
Abstract
This article discusses the background of building a first-class urban distribution network and a high-reliability demonstration area, and proposes a new integrated operation and inspection model based on live-line distribution operations. This model focuses on "precision operations", incorporates the concept of uninterrupted power supply throughout the maintenance process, and implements an integrated maintenance and construction model based on the collaborative command of live-line distribution operation sites. It also emphasizes "meticulous service" by integrating live-line testing methods into the scope of live-line distribution operations, and implements an integrated approach to live-line defect elimination and fault repair. Additionally, the article emphasizes the importance of a "competent workforce", expediting the restoration of core capabilities within teams to ensure the complete autonomy of distribution network operation and inspection activities. The new live-line inspection and operation model can effectively enhance the efficiency of distribution network maintenance and construction, optimize operational processes, strengthen autonomous construction capabilities, and elevate the operational standards of line equipment.
