Research on Dust Removal Methods for Coal-Fired Power Units Based on High-Frequency High-Voltage Power Supplies

  • The electrostatic precipitator system of coal-fired power units has a significant impact on environmental protection and efficiency. However, traditional low-frequency DC power supplies suffer from large volume, slow response, and low energy efficiency, resulting in poor dust removal performance. Therefore, this study conducts an in-depth investigation into dust removal methods for coal-fired power units based on high-frequency high-voltage power supply technology. By constructing dynamic response delay models and maximum output voltage slope models, the rapid response characteristics of high-frequency high-voltage power supplies are explored. On this basis, a control model for the dust removal electric field is proposed, and the implementation process of the dust removal method is presented. Finally, pilot tests on a coal-fired power unit verify that this method demonstrates significant advantages in dust removal efficiency, response speed, and energy consumption.
