Power Outage Scheme for Comprehensive Protection and Automation System Retrofit of 110 kV Internal Bridge-Connection Substation

This paper introduces the safety measures required for the full-station protection and comprehensive automation system upgrade of a 110 kV internal bridge-connection substation during power outages, as well as the outage scheduling arrangements for each phase. Finally, the overall substation outage plan is systematically developed.
