Research on Live-line Installation Device for 10 kV Insulated Conductor Grounding Ring

This paper first analyzes the mounting methods of grounding rings and the application of drones in grid framework operations. Subsequently, it introduces the procedural workflow for drone-mounted grounding ring installation through an overall system design. The feasibility of the design scheme is demonstrated through the development and testing of a wire-peeling device and mounting mechanism. Finally, the paper provides prospects for future technological trends and applications in alignment with the development trajectory of power grid systems.
